“Where can you do wedding catering?”

We are based in the Forest of Dean in Gloucestershire, but we can also cater for weddings in nearby areas such as Monmouth, Ross-on-Wye, Gloucester, Chepstow, Newent… As for venues, we pop up pretty much wherever you would like.  We have done wedding catering in yurts, village halls, marquees, scout huts, fields and breweries.  We’ve even catered in the pitch black! If you’re still looking for a venue for your wedding you could consider Hillside Brewery, which is an amazing location with outstanding beers brewed onsite.

“What kind of food can you do?”

Infamous Catering can serve everything from wild boar and cider casserole to South Indian vegan tali.  Furthermore, we can provide a wide variety of dishes inspired by your story and by the season.  Our Head Chef Barney will work with you to create a bespoke menu to cater for your personal taste, requirements and budget. Ultimately, you can be sure that our amazing food and convivial style of service by Barney and team will add to the magic of your wedding.

“Who can you cater for?”

We love catering for hen and stag parties. For Barney, a chef who likes a laugh, a beer and happy foodie people, there is no better gig! We can cater for hen and stag groups of 12 people or more.

“Where can you cater?”

We can provide hen and stag party catering at a range of locations. You might choose to have your catering at your accommodation.  Or perhaps on the river bank.  Maybe at a local brewery such as Bespoke and Hillside (who both offer amazing tours). Through to the ultimate: sit-down luxurious 5 course feasts at a speciality venue such as Mill End in Mitcheldean, which sleeps up to 40 hens.

“What kind of food can you do?”

We create our beautiful homemade seasonal menus from scratch just for you.  We can fit around any theme you have in mind, no matter how grand or crazy. BBQs with incredible locally sourced meat.  Fabulous curries or tagines.  Maybe a Forest of Dean taster menu.  Or a burrito bar… You name it!  All fresh, homemade and with #unforgettableflavours. “What else can you do on a hen or stag party?”

Want a little more of Barney than just dinner? He can do lots of other food or cooking-based activities.  Maybe your group would enjoy like pizza-making?  Perhaps ‘glampfire’ cooking at venues such as Hidden Valley. What about a sausage-making session?  This can be the best ever innuendo fest, always good for a laugh! Basically, get in contact and let’s have a chat. But finally… particularly you ladies on a prosecco fest …  please do remember to have a couple of real ales in the fridge for the man who is going to feed you!
